I have made a payment of Rs ***** on **th June from my mobikwik wallet to clear my dues of mobikwik zip account but payment did not credit neither refunded back to wallet .Since then I am continuously taking rollout through calls mails and every way possible .They already charged interest from me to cross due date for zip account dues clearance but they are not bother about my money .Please help
