I have taken admission in mba through upgrad in March. My documents are not fully submitted and my admission is not confirmed with the university. My student id not generated and neither may batch start. I asked them to cancel my course die to some financial issues. They are not cancelling neither refunding my * lakh semester fees. I send a lot of mail and try to call many times. They lie to ne and misguide me and meanwhile the loan emi started. My admission is not confirmed but semester fees submitted and non refundable. The student support and refund policy is pathetic. They are not helping misguidance., lying and bullying me to do whatever upgrad say. They are not refunding money and I have to pay monthly emi for the loan. Kindly help me regarding this.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
