- Refund from ixigo Open
I booked * tickets through ixigo app on ** November for *st Dec **** from new delhi to panvel. On **th November i received a text msg from irctc that train is cancelled due to some inconvenience. I contacted railway inquiry at *** asking why i haven't received my refund yet they told me that train has not been cancelled but diverted.Also ixigo app was continuously showing that TRAIN IS CANCELLED in red block letters.
So as it is of ixigo's or Irctc's fault that i didn't receive any massage containing that train has been restored.. i missed my journey..also i didn't receive any massage about refund..so i kindly request you to please help me getting refund from concerned responsible as soon as possible.
