Macmerise - Refund for the product

I have purchased a *d vr glass from ca@macmerise.com but when the delievery arrived i have paid in cash on delievery and when i opened the packagage the quality of the product is really bad it is damaged from some places. and i wanted to return but no customer executive picking up the phone and even they are not replying to my emails it's been more than **hrs.
