Goibibo company - Refund for the flight is not provided from goibibo

I had booked flight from BLR-MUC on *rd Feb **** to travel on **th April ****. Due to corona virus threat, the flights were cancelled. I also tried to contact airlines directly to reschedule as goibibo was not able to reschedule it. Since the coronavirus threat is still present, I decided to cancel the flight tickets for my family. First I contacted the airlines and asked for refund, they mentioned since I had booked through goibibo, I should ask goibibo for refund. But when I contacted the goibibo team, they mentioned I will not be able to get refund but rescheduling is possible. Since my family visa gets expired, there is no point in the rescheduling. Now when I try to contact goibibo customer care, and try to talk, the line disconnects mentioning I have exceeded my limits. When I write mail I am getting automated mail to not to write e-mail.
