We ordered ** SHYAM * Tier Kitchen Spice Rack and paid ****/- ,out of which only * was delivered. Same day we called customer care twice and we were guided to update the order with exchange and we will receive ** items, but again we received * item.
Now we are not able to cancel the order and when we tried to raise complain for cancelling tue order and cash back they closed closed our complain stating they delivered our ** items which is a complete lie. Kindly help us to cancel the order and get our refund.
