La Pino'z Pizza - Refund for Food Ordered With Extra Compensation

Respected Sir,
This is in reference to the order Id - ******** for the food ordered yesterday i.e; **/**/**** at *:**pm from La Pino’z Pizza Raj Nagar Extension Outlet, RDC, Ghaziabad. I had waited for almost one and half hours but the franchise was telling we had an internal issue of power supply at the franchise and it is resolved now and your food is dispatched and after that call with the franchise agent we still not received the food and I had almost waited till *:**pm to get the food or either the refund for the food amount spent. The Manager at *:**pm told that we are still not over the issue of power supply at our franchise and we won’t be able to deliver the food nor the refund of the food. Even till now the refund has not been given to us. I need my refund as soon as possible for my food amount and also I want my extra compensation money as because of this issue I could not either order food from other source and also my lot of time is wasted on this matter and my health issue was being affected due to this matter. I have enclosed and attached all the screenshots and proof for the same. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and give me my money back with extra compensation for the same.
