Sir,
I booked a flight ticket via Yatra.com on * July **** from Srinagar- Delhi-Kochi.
Total passengers * includes me, my wife & our daughter.
The total cost of the ticket was around Rs. ***** and an additional Rs. **** was paid for Cancellation Protection Fee.
I cancelled my ticket on ** July **** and Yatra provided a refund of only Rs.**,***.
An additional Rs.**,*** was claimed via Liberty Insurance. So, get a total refund of Rs. **,***.
I have lost Rs.**,*** even though Yatra assured me it was Covered under Yatra's Cancellation Protection Zero Cost.
Vistara charges only Rs. **** as cancellation charges per Ticket (Economy Lite) which is mentioned on their website. (Total Rs. ***** for * tickets)
