- Refund for cancellation of banquet hall ^Open

My father Narendra Jaiswal had paid an advance amount of INR ***** (amount was transferred through UPI) on **-**-**** for booking of KL* hotel for date *st, *nd and *rd May. Due to some circumstances we had to cancel the booking. This was already notified to the hotel manager over the phone on **-**-****. Bank account details for refund were also shared with the hotel manager via whatsapp on being asked by him. Till now we have not received the refund amount even after repeated requests. Response we get each time from your end is "refund is being processed, but we can not say the date by which you will receive it in your account". Recently I was asked to contact Managing Director for further information. He is not picking up my call. Also, they are not providing proper response through email.
