- Refund denied to me Open
They lied about the basic amenities in the property. There was no water for ** hours on Saturday * December, and the room has a lot of cockroaches. No action is taken. The building manager doesn't pick up calls. When finally questioned regarding the water problem, he said, "Yes, I did a mistake. Escalate on my name if you want to." I called and emailed tech support. They just said we took your complaint. They asked me to email. I did. But no one responded to my email. I only had to call back again on Monday * Dec to make them reply. When I call the Escalation team, it is the same process every time. I'm suffering from mental torture regarding the status of my money.
Series of events that took place on Monday * Dec:
After * calls, a tech support executive told me that there'll be a deduction of Rs *** from half the amount I paid. But when I called the next day for a follow-up, they said they'll not give me a full refund at all. I'm not vacating the property out of my wish. It has just been * days that I joined. The problem was from their end. I'm vacating because the basic amenities which the Oyo life has promised are not given. No hygiene in building with cockroaches on my bed. The building manager was not responding to calls. So I forcefully went to my friend's room. That's just been * days that I lived there. Now they're saying they'll not give full money back. No one calls for follow up. I'm only calling tech support. Every time they're saying, wait for ** hours. My booking id is *****.
