Pepcoding Education (OPC) Private Limited - Refund denied from pepcoding com

I purchase a JSP course from pepcoding.com on **-Jan-**** via sales team,
Before purchasing the course sales team insured me that I will get refund
If I didn't like the course and told me there will be a guaranteed placement after the course,
So I bought the course which is having cost of Rs.***** and I paid them Rs.***** and
told them that I will pay the remaining amount when the classes will start. On **-Jan-**** clasess started
I got to know that the put college students for teaching and teaching quality is very low due to this
I got dissapointed and On **-Jan-**** after * days of course begining, I asked them to refund my money. In there website it is clearly mentioned
that if I backout from the course within * days of the beginning of the course they will refund the full amount,
So I told pepcoding team that I want to backout from the course and asked them to refund the amount which they denied
and told me that they will not refund the amount
