Coding Invaders by Mentors Pro - Refund Denied by Coding Invaders

I had started a course for Data Analyst in May'**. As I did not have money, they financed my course through Early Salary now called Fibe. For which I agreed to pay monthly installment of INR**** for a duration of ** months. Total course salary is INR*****. So far I have paid * installmets. I no longer wish to continue the course due to financial reasons and had requested Coding Invaders team in Sep' ** for discontinuation and I requested them to terminate the finance with Fibe. Fibe also has confirmed that they are happy to stop the fincancing if Coding Invader s team agrees but Coding Onvaders are telling me that they cannot do it as there is only * month refund period.

I had not acknowledged such terms and have also received simlar complaints from fellow students in a similar situation.

Earlier Delivery Manager called Rajesh Jagtap from Coding Invaders told me that he will look into the request and asked me to submit proofs for my not so good financial condition but this informtaion is provate to me and I cannot share with him.

I am not asking for complete refund but only want to terminate my further loan agreement with Fibe (Fibe is completely fine with it).

I have had more than ** email exchanges with Coding Invaders team but they in my opinion are committing a fraud as it is a Teaching Institute and not a money making machine.
