Fampay - Refund Delayed by fampay

At last ** jan **** I added **** rs in fampay from Google pay then my money got on hold then I return it to source but it got stuck in between then i contacted to the Google pay but they said they can't do anything in it because they didn't received money then i complaint to the fampay and now it's been * and half month i was been talking to them on email now they are stop replying then i complaint to the rozarpay which is payment gateway of fampay they said file a case against them of chargeback but their is no way to to file case against them what to do now it's been * and half month i still not received my money. Please help
