I ordered one pack of * huda beauty lipsticks which were used already when delivered to me and a pair of shoes which were not of the expected quality.
i initiated the refund process for both of my orders but didn't got any response. Then i mailed a several times but every time request is closed. I have been mailing them since from * months but still not getting any help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
