I booked a balo trip on aug **. I paid **% amount which was **,***. The trip was planned for December *st. I was diagnosed with some health issues in the next weke of booking in august. I called them and asked for a refund. I even asked them to cut their standard **% cancellatiom of this amount if required. They simply told me that no refund is provided. Even * months before the actual trip date. There is absolutely no booking of hotel or travel which was done by them but still they somehow feel it is okay to eat up all the money of consumers.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
