Dear Sir,
I am totally disappointed with OLA service,I was traveled only ***Km from visakhapatnam airport to Tuni(Hotel sri maruthi residency) but my taxi bill is Rs.****. do you imagine ?
“intimate fare before ride” it shows only Rs.****, and I have confirmed with ola support (Mr.Suraj Patel) immediate after completing my ride regarding HIGH FARE issue, Even I am not changing any route and not holding anywhere. Mr. Suraj patel is accepted and understanding my situation(I have the full conversation voice record) and He said I will return your amount right now by coupon voucher, but I told him I need money I don’t need any voucher, you must return my amount to my bank account, so only he wrote the compliant by himself and pledge me, we have return your amount within ** hours.
I have find attached my online payment message it was done by at *.**pm Rs. ****, and ola starting time is *.**pm at the time OLA car kilometer is *****KM trip end at *.**pm Ola car kilometer is *****KM. So, It shows ***Kms. Is it possible do you believe it? I have find traveled route photo also you can check your google map distance. I need justice.
I got mail from OLa(Mr.Chadru K) he asked my Bank account details for refund. I have provide the same. but more then ** days gone still not yet any response from OLA.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
