Booked * round trip flight tickets of SpiceJet for Bagdogra to Ahmedabad and vice verca via New Delhi scheduled on for *th August **** and return on *th August ****. Due to spicejet rescheduling flight by more than ** hours, all * tickets had to be cancelled and were fully refunded by Spice Jet. SpiceJet status shows that they have credited money on **rd August **** whereas HappyEasyGo hasnt paid me back yet even after complying with their ** day policy. They are not receiving calls and replying to mails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
