Poulami Lahiri filed complaint against Happyeasygo on Nov 15, 2022
I had booked two flights with HappyEasyGo along with free cancellation policy. Both Tickets were from Udaipur to Kolkata , travel date **th Sept ****.
I have cancelled both the flights and in the Indigo Portal it's showing that the refund has been made to HappyEasyGo. But the amounts are still not credited to my account. I have tried to reach out to the customer care but no one answered the call. Even dropping several mails received no response.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
