Happyeasygo India Private Limited - Refund against cancellation of flight ticket not received

I booked an Indigo flight (PNR - LFLZQV, Kolkata-CCU to Chandigarh-IXC, scheduled on April **, ****) on February **, **** through HappyEasyGo. Later on March **, amidst COVID-** scares, I cancelled the booking directly through the Indigo website (www.goindigo.in), on the airline's assurance that I'd receive a full refund. When I didn't receive any refund, I contacted the airlines and they informed me that since my booking was done through HappyEasyGo, my refund would be processed through the same. But till date I haven't got my money back, and my booking is still showing to be 'confirmed' on the HappyEasyGo website. I tried calling them numerous times, but couldn't connect to the personnel on any occasion. I've written them several emails, but to no reply. As the (supposed) travel date is approaching, I fear losing the refund money completely, due to the irresponsibility of HappyEasyGo.
