As discussed with the Indigo airline they’ve already processed the full refund.
So I would request the happy easy go Pvt ltd to process the complete refund which is promised by the airline.
As agreed by the representative from happy easy go confirmed to me about the full refund and now its been a month and I'm not having any single updates from the happy easy go Pvt ltd
Hence request you please help us to get the refund from the happy easy go.
Canceled ticket for both PNR- KWF*YK, HD**YB
Please Note: As Mr. Gaurav customer representative from the HEG team only suggested to cancel the ticket from their website and also committed that we will be getting the full refund
The deduction amount will be INR ***/ pax total of INR **** + Convenience fees of INR ****
The rest amount INR ***** thats needs to refund from the happy easy go for both PNR.
