Go First Airline - Refund

Dear Sir/Madam

This mail is regarding our Refund which is still under process on our Go First Flight Goa to Chandigarh **/**/** and return Chandigarh to Goa **/**/**.

I had booked ticket on Go First Airline on **May** total ** passengers details as follows.
Goi-Ixc **May** ** passengers RH*Y*B
Ixc-Goi ** May** ** passengers LEHYSK.

As Go First Airline cancelled all the flights, i went to Goa Airport on **May** to check status of Airline. Staff in Go First Reservation informed me that all flights are cancelled, i asked the staff what are the options. He told me that I will get full refund within ** working days. I asked him about transfer on other Airline, he said that there is no tie up with other Airline. As I had booked hotel in Chandigarh I had to travel. I booked tickets on indigo flights were I had to pay ***** with a loss of *****. Now it's been more than a month still i din get my full refund from both the sectors. As I called Call Center staff on duty Ajay told me that il get *** percent refund .

Kindly provide me full refund at the earliest as I am facing lot of problems.

Amount is *****. My family is in depression.please do the needful.
