My complaint number is REF*********. I booked a flight ticket from Travalook.com on May *st for the *th of May ****. My ticket wasn't booked and the amount got deducted from my account. I still haven't got the refund they had promised I will get in **-** working days. And since then I have been following up with them But they aren't doing the needful. Now I can't even get their number.
