this is a fraudulent service agency in the name of Samsung authorized service center. they using fake Samsung toll free number 1-800-123-3199 misleading the public for Samsung authorized service center .In website the use company name kit and in spare part bills they show address as hitech service AP 232, kambar colony .They lock the complaint immediately in the name of samsung authorized service center. Then they start dragging without attending the fault. They are only spare parts dealer .They do not know the trouble shooting .They only sell the spare parts. They change substandard and repairs spares.. i approached this hitech service for my Samsung refrigerator for the over cooling in lower door. for around one month the technician was trying to solve the issue of overcooling in the lower compartment of fridge. So called technician kept on changing the damper, sensor and PCB. Finally after changing the PCB the fridge totally broke down.. moreover the the spares they are replacing are not genuine,. They are replacing the original spares with already serviced duplicate spares and taking away the original spares. I was fooled by these fellows telling that authorized Samsung service dealer.Finally after a month, when I reported these fellows,They informed they would send another technician.but after three days dodging , They told they would refund the money saying that there would be major problem . When they said they would refund the money ,I got it repaired from other service center. Then they never refunded as the promised . They wasted more than a month and finally the fridge which was working initially went non- working.they unnecessarily changed the spares without identifying the defect properly.wasted more than a month.keeping the fridge out of order. replaced the faulty serviced spares.Took away the original spares.caused mental agony for one and half months.
