- Reconnect AC Not working Open
I have purchase the Reconnect Split AC on May **** and Its * year manufacturer warranty for full unit and * years for compressor. And also i have renewed the RESQ plan for additional * years .
Last April **** End , the AC started giving trouble and i have tried to called Res Q team. but the toll free number was not working and i went to personally to the service center which is located in chennai - Chrompet. No one there and it was closed due to the nCovid ** Lockdown and government order. later some time when the lock down was released for May**** first week , i have called the tollfree number and booked the SR .. The next day , the SR was closed without visit my place , so i have raised one more SR... no one responded for that SR. So i have waited for some time.no response. So i wrote the mail to cshead, Later sometime Mrs Ankitha CSHead called me and i have informed all the details. She send one technician to my home and he came and checked the Product . He said that the compressor was not working and need to replace . and the warranty was just expired .maybe ** days. So i have informed to Mrs Ankita about that and explained about the Covid ** situation and govt extended the product warranty cases.. .. She is agreed to replace the faulty part. but later no response. I wrote ** + reminder emails . but so far no response from the CSHEAD and CUSTOMER CARE..
Please help me , what i can do for now .
