I have attempted many times to contact idea customer care executive and it was only wasting of time.
On **/**/**** I was recharged for Rs. ** at my idea number ********** and it's validity ended on next day(**/**/****). I have charged only *.** after this recharge, on next day my balance was *.**
On **/**/**** i was recharged again for Rs. ** and I didn't make atleast one call but my main balance is *.**.
Totally worst service getting from idea.
