Pratibha Wadkar filed complaint against Airtell and ICICI on Apr 16, 2019
I had done recharge for *** for my Airtel prepaid mobile no. on *th March ****. Money has been deducted from my account on that day but recharge has not been done on respective mobile no.
I have taken follow up with my bank (ICICI Bank) and Airtel customer care. I have dropped no. of mail but no one is going to take responsibility for my money. The bank is saying money has been deducted from my account and Aitel is saying money is not credited on their side.
Then where is the money which has been deducted from my account? Is it vanish in the air? Where should I go to ask about this issue?
