Honest filed complaint against Airtel mobile recharge on Dec 7, 2022
I recharged my prepaid Airtel mobile number through Airtel thanks app through Airtel upi. The recharge failed and I did not get refund from airtel. I have been speaking to customer care for a month frequently but i still i didn't get any refund. Today * December **** they are telling that the refund is successfully given to me. If I ask for any receipt they are only giving a transaction Id to ask in the bank. They never gave me any intimation of their refund status.
