Paytm and jio infocom - Recharge is not done through paytm upi

Alok Gangwar filed complaint against Paytm and jio infocom on Jan 16, 2020

I did recharge on **jan **** through paytm upi. Transaction is successful amount is deducted but no recharge is occurred. On contacting paytm they say that as transaction is successful so cantact tha jio. While jio people r saying that no money is received so contact tha paytm. Big disappointed as these r making fool public like in my case.
