Firstly I saw their add in my FB page. Later I liked their combo Kurtis and placed an order with them on **.*.**. Later today, ie *st May ****, I received the product and paid ****/- cash to E-com express courier person, Urapakkam division.
When I opened the package I saw * cheap, low rated poor Kurtis in place * sets of handloom khadi Kurtis. Initially, I thought it's an accidental one, but as I searched for their contact details and found only an email to which am supposed to raise a complaint about refund and I submissively did all the required stuff. Not satisfied with their service. I wanted to investigate further about them and found shocking reviews and complaints of dozens of customers, all at a time span of less than a week.
Then I started contacting them in messenger and after my conversations, they blocked me in messenger. Then I went into their page and started messaging them and they deleted all my messages and blocked me from their page.
I'm desperate now and am pushed now to take it to the next level. I need a refund. I called Ecom express and enquired as to how can they take orders from companies without doing a genunity check of their background. All they gave me was the name Delhop Private Limited to be the owners of Willora and then a long silence. I flagged a report in FB to not engage marketing dealings with Willora as they are fraud and fake company cheating customers using FB. FB should not have allowed frauds to enter inside. They should do a proper background check. Because of these loopholes we are fooled.
I did all that I could as an ordinary middle-class person, now that I'm not able to reach them through any of these technologies. I'm solely resting on this forum to take up my complaint and do the necessary needful action against those scumbags and get me justice on my refund and also on my many painful follow-ups and interactions thereof.
Thank you once again. Please get me justice!
