I ordered a jacket of Rs.**** from Jabong but I received a different color so i raised the return request but the pickup executive denied to accept it and the order put on hold.
I called the jabong customer care for more than * times and sent repeated mails but no response or update yet.
Still the product is with me in unused condition.
And in jabong website it is showing return raised but no one is coming to pickup the order!
