- Received wrong and defective product after warranty claim Open
I bought a mivi collar d** in feb end this year and in july i faced a problem of one side speaker not working, i sent the product for warranty claim and when in August i received the product and when I checked it I was surprised to know that it has the same issue continuing. After that, on same day i contacted teri customer support team and raised the issue and on same day they again arranged the pickup for my product for warranty claim. After that, they took a lot of time and when I tried to contact them they were not responding to my issue and by doing the same thing repeatedly they took one month to give me my product back and again to when i saw the product i was shocked that the box of the product was of mivi collar d** but the product inside it was a different product and which also was at the same time defective and not in working condition. I tried many times to start the product but it didn't. On same day when i received the product *nd time that is *nd September I again raised a complaint and sent all proofs regarding the issue and asked for their help but from that day till date there is not a single help they are been providing to me. They are only giving excuses and telling me to talk to the blue dart team and blue dart team is telling me that "its not their responsibility". Mivi is not ready to accept that they have misplaced my product and that is the reason they had delayed my package and now they are not ready to even replace my product or even to give a refund. I am tired of calling them and sending them mails , but they all are just giving excuses after sending all proofs too. They use a hashtag of proudly made in India and at the same time they are doing very proud thing by treating theri customer this way.
