We had purchased a Daikin air conditioner on **/**/**** from Flipkart Internet Private Limited. The product was delivered on **/**/**** and delivered product has been not working since the installation. We have repeated lodged service requests and followed up with the Service Delivery Partner M/S Vanika Enterprises in Jaipur but have not received any satisfactory response. We even tried speaking to Daikin Deputy Manager - Service Delivery and Mr. Harsh and Mr. Shubham Batra - Work Controller but none of them could provide any satisfactory response. We have paid for the product and are getting harassed.
