Snap Deal Online Shopping - Received empty box

I placed an order of wella shampoo and moisturiser from Snap deal app site on **nd Oct **** and prepaid through Net banking.
My order ID- *********** and sub order ID- ***********


I received the order on **th Oct **** and that was empty box instead of my order products. Same day I complained on the above mentioned site with attachment and reference ID- ********.
Courier boy came but simply deny to collect the return products. Again I registered the same with same attachment, still courier boy and his manager deny to collect, unless they receive any confirmation from snap deal site to collect empty packet.
