mivi collar - Received defective product and not providing hand to hand replacement

I ordered Mivi Collar bluetooth earphones from their website (www.mivi.in) on **/*/****. I received a defective (not able to power on) product on **/*/****. The company also didn't send any invoice with product nor did they send invoice in digital format.
I have complained them through email and they raised the ticket id- **XX**. But they didn't respond me further with any resolution.
So, I hereby request to please give me full refund of Rs.*** plus compensation of Rs.**** for casuing los of time and harassment.
