Craze N Demand - Received a product with third class quality

I did online order and received a product on *th April **** with order ID ********** but I found it a third class quality which is of no use to me. I immediately tried calling them on ***********, but it was really hard to reach them as their number was not reachable. So I decided to send them an email, after listening to my complaints they have stopped responding to email. Later when I called them they refuse to refund the money.
