iKartPro com - Received a fake counterfiet product

I purchased a mobile REALME C** from ikartpro website on **-**-****.
On **-**-**** I got the confirmation from supplier.
On **-**-**** , I cancelled the order as it was not reaching me.
On **-**-**** I was being told that I will be getting the refund within * days.
After that no reply or refund information from supplier.
On **-**-**** , I got a very old SAMSUNG NOTE * neo Phone unnotified from somewhere through courier.
That SAMSUNG phone is a discontinued model which I did not order.
I want the refund of my payment.
Pl help.
