I ordered the Baja Caldia Geyser through Amazon.in and it was delivered to me on **-**-****. Then I called Amazon executive to book an appointment for its Installation. The executive directed me to Bajaj saying that they are responsible for the installation of the product. The installation of the Geyser was done on the *th Jan ****. On **th Jan I saw that there was water leakage. The Bajaj technician came and checked the product. According to his diagnosis, the bolt on the inner side of the geyser was loose. After * days we experienced the same problem and raise the complain again. This time technician after checking the product he handed a service denial letter saying that it cannot be repaired and asked me to contact the Amazon for the replacement. I called Amazon regarding the same. The executive then asked me to send a copy of the Invoice and service denial letter on their email id. Now the issue that I'm facing is that the Amazon is denying the replacement saying that the letter given by Bajaj is not the genuine one whereas, Bajaj representative is stating that this is the service denial letter and Amazon has to solve this issue. Now I 'm completely confused as to what is going on as both parties are denying it. With great hope, I'm writing down my issue and request you to please help me in solving this issue. I have attached the service denial letter copy.
