I have purchased a new mobile phone nokia *.* plus from www.nokia.com on ** sep the product i got was deffective, the display was comming out i contacted nokia customer service and complain them. They have arranged a pickup through ecom express and i got the message from ecom that the mobile jas been delivered to the seller. But nokia is refusing me that they have no information regarding the return product and they are just saying me to wait. Its approximately two mnths now im calling them daily and they are saying me to wait of another days. They are not providing me refund neither a new phone
