- Realme TV Delayed Service Under Warranty Period Open

Resolution Demanded:
I have bought Realme ** inch FULL HD LED smart android TV on**th october **** through flipkart. The tv display got damaged after a few months of use and i have contacted flipkart authority about the same. As per their direction i contacted realme customer service and filed a compliant and they gave me an intimation via sms on **-**-**** about the complaint being registered and they have booked an appointment for the service . However the service person form jeevs agency came and inspected the problem after a week . He took photos and told me that realme will contact me after checking his report. I waited for few weeks and there was no reply. I contacted the realme customer care again and informed them about the dealy. they told me they will look into the matter. After a few days another technician came to look at the TV. He informed that the service agency was changed and he was the new agent who is going to inspect the problem. He also took photos and told me that realme will contact me after his report. I patiently waited almost again for days without any contact from their side. But to my surprise i got a call from realme asking for a feedback for their service. I told them the service is not yet complete and i am waiting for their reply. As usual he told me that he will look into it. So many days passed and there was still no reply from them. I contacted them again and they told me that they have issued an R-PASS for a new tv as replacement under warranty and they will contact me for the step by step procedure for replacement within **hours . Since then they went silent again and i received no call back. Again i called them regarding the callback for which i received reply as sorry and they have initiated another callback i have to wait for ** hours again. Again they made me wait for days without any callback. I contacted them again and got the same reply as above. This cycle is going on now for over a month. I feel frustrated and feels helpless as a consumer who trusted their brand. Its been * months since i filed the compliant under warranty. I want this issue to be resolved soon .
