i have buyed realme buds air from amazon in the month of march.it was working fine.but in the end of may the product right earbuds was stopped working.so i search for repairing through authorised source.then i got to know realme call me service where the take product from door to door and get it back repaired on *june i created request on realme callme service and my buds was picked by * th of june due to pandemic the ordered deliverd late to the service center on ** june.but till now(i.e**july****) i havent recieved any response from realme .please help me .my realme rlm number is RLM*************
