Dear Sir,
I have ordered a realme air buds from your flipkart platform with order Id: OD****************** on *th feb-** and i got the defective product and i requested for the cancellation but since then your representatives are not supporting me and talking very rudely as if i have taken the product fee of cost. They were not responding to me, neither picking up the product from the last ** days and now sending the notification of return period is over.This is ridiculous and I wouldn't tolerate this as I am the regular customer of flipkart but this time i am really frustrated with this.
I am filing the petition against this order
