THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE CO. LTD. - Re License Confirmation

This is related to my Insurance claim against the Policy No. ******************** for Activa *G. On **th June ****, I met with an accident and I claimed the bill amount of approximately ****Rs for its repair through Honda Agency.

At present, after discussion with insurance person Mr. Abhishek Singh from Mohali, the insurance cannot be claimed because my driving license falls in MCWOG class. I must mention that my driving license is issued by RTO office, Sector **, Mohali after performing the driving test with same vehicle i.e Active *G.

So, It is my request, that when RTO office has given the license to me for active *G, then why, I am denied this claim. Kindly, consider my claim request and clear my claimed amount.
This is the request on date **-**-**** , but still there is no claim return or no any message has come form the insurance people.
