Unjust Treatment and Financial Strain Due to Bank's Error

My transaction, which took place on November **th for INR ***, was not reflected in my credit card statement cycle. Consequently, my credit card statement total amount fell below INR **** and hasnt met the monthly requirements for rewards(worth Rs.***). The company asserts that the transaction done on **th November was internally settled at a later date and therefore was not included in the credit card billing statement. However, the timing of the transaction settlement is beyond my control. As a customer, I can initiate transactions on my credit card, to be eligible for rewards but I have no influence over their internal processing systems.

The bank's decision to hold me accountable for a delay in their internal systems is unjust, unreasonable and distressing. Its impacted my mental well-being & also couldn't use their card anymore for my requirements as I started to lose trust on them

Despite my continuous efforts to resolve this matter, the customer response team has consistently rejected my claim over the past month, both over the phone and through email. This has compelled me to dedicate hours of my time reaching out through various channels, including Twitter, calls, and emails, in search of third-party support.

The lack of resolution, delayed responses, and apparent disinterest in thoroughly understanding my case have left me utterly disappointed. It is disheartening to witness the company withdrawing from the offer initially promised, providing unjustifiable reasons for the oversight in their internal systems. I believe in the importance of maintaining transparency and integrity in customer relations, and the current situation has regrettably failed to uphold these principles.
