Rbl bank - RBL bank credit card fraud

I have a credit card of RBL bank
It's last month expenses are Rs ***** something.l converted that amount to emi that amount get converted without confirmation SMS or call but they sent me a message to convert that same amount different techniques like using split amount one ***** something and another one **** something. l converted that amount to emi and that is converted without confirmation SMS or call even though they had converted my full amount to emi.
And now they are asking for precloser charges for that amount l didn't use
