On **th September ****, I ordered a product from an E-Commerce Platform and made a payment of INR ***** vide Razorpay Gateway LINK: [https://rzp.io/i/zvlbZLW] vide SBI [transaction #************IGAGYWRRN*].
Apparently, the delivery never happened, and repeated calls to the said platform's customer care number #********** went unanswered.
I complained to Razorpay requesting to reverse the transaction and de-list the said E-Commerce Platform, which is unresolved to date. [Complaint Ticket #****** acknowledged by Kevin Samuel]
To my dismay,
(*) Even after almost * years, Razorpay is still continuing to accept payments on behalf of this very fraudulent E-Commerce Platform as per this link: [ https://lnkd.in/g*ERrxGJ ]
(*) Cybercrime Complaint #************** with Ministry Of Home Affairs (mha), GOI is still unresolved.
What is further shocking is the RAZORPAY Fraud and Risk Mitigation policy that assures protection and indemnity against the very nature of the incident as reported above. [ https://lnkd.in/gg*-WBnG ]
Expecting Harshil Mathur & Shashank Kumar of RAZORPAY to take cognizance and restore trust by refunding the money.
