Hi this is Sandeep I registered for rapido caption app on March **nd and started working from **rd March all off a sudden they deactivated my account on **th April and there was an amount of ****. I tried calling customer care many times and it doesn't even connect so tried calling from other captian no so after call connected to the executive s they are saying like your haven't uploaded rc so it has been deactivated. But how is this possible after verification for ** hours they activate the account and now saying all the nonsense and there is no proper response from any of the executive or even the superiors. Please I request you to help me out with my issue... This is very unfair from rapido. Daily I used to complete around **-** trips even ** some days. This is the worst company I have faced. Employees are unfit doesn't even give proper answers and no ome has a small amount of knowledge. The one of the worst service by rapido and team.
