The Attire Hub - Quality of product is very bad

I ordered lehenga with this Instagram page on **/**/****. I got the delivery on **/**/**** and paid Rs. ****/- on receiving it. The product that I received looked nothing like what I had placed an order for. It was completely different and looked very cheap and not even worth */*th of what I paid.
I tried contacting the owner [protected] who despite being online all the time and constantly posting on Instagram tried to ignore my messages. I tried calling her but she never picked up and finally, I tried from different numbers but her number is now unreachable. I want a refund of my money at any cost as this is not a small amount and I want my money's worth.
I also contacted the after sales person but she is just saying that she will ship the replacement product but even that is not done. This cannot go on and I hope some strict action is taken against this person. I have seen many complaints about this company in fact only complaints so I really hope some action is taken.
