PVR cinema Howrah West Bengal - PVR cinemas looting their consumers

I have visited recently the PVR cinemas which is located in the Avani Mall, Howrah, West Bengal. The tickets price in online is quite less while in the counter they charged us double. They forced us to buy their overpriced tickets with which they have provided some coupon code to buy their in house product with a certain amount off. We have clearly stated them that we don't want any kind of extra benefits other than the tickets still the person in counter literally forced us and every consumer to buy their overpriced tickets. You want to do your business do that but don't use this kind of cheap strategy to sell your food items.
