LETSTUE - PURCHASED BOOK REFUSED FOR DELIVERY

In this online age, children's education has become commercialized, many parents being required to use the internet to find online tuition and educational resources for their children.
In this situation, after a lengthy online search, I ordered a book "CBSE **th GRADE CHART BOOK FOR MATHEMATICS" for my eldest son on a website called www.letstute.com on April **, ****, at ** AM (Bill Copy attached Screen shot *). I ordered a printed copy of the book and paid the *** INR (including tax) online. Since the website did not ask for my address for delivery until I made my transaction. I reached the number listed on the website +** ***** ***** through WhatsApp. However, they have responded that I must pay an additional delivery charge of *** INR for a book weighing less than *** grams. As a result, I decided not to entertain this type of loot, and I cancelled the order over WhatsApp at **.** PM and claimed a refund. Even though the man or woman who texted me agreed to reimburse my money, the person has failed to do so. While I went through their website and other online platforms where they sell this book "Mathematics Chart Book," I observed a surprising price difference across.

We cannot endorse this as their marketing strategy and pass through, they have **,***+ students enrolled in their site and **,**,***+ followers (Screenshot * Attached) on their YouTube channels, as advertised in their site. I am unable to determine how many people they have cheated.
So, I respectfully point out that to take this issue very seriously and enlighten them on the financial strain of middle-class parents. As a penalty, I would like them to provide me *** free copies of the book (CHART BOOK MATHEMATICS **th CBSE), I assure those copies will be distributed free of cost to CBSE schools near me.
