Tata Sky Broad Band
- Purchased a 200 mbps line got 10 mbps speed Open
I bought a *** mbps line (they took * months upfront also - Rs ****) and I get only ** mbps for the most part of the day. Their speed and connectivity is so poor, and when you contact customer service they promise they will fix it and send a technician, but nobody comes. They can't even speak english properly. They don't have enough technicians to handle customer issues, and they keep promising a technician will visit soon and it never happens. I read most of the reviews and thought there must be a mistake because Tata Sky is a reputable company, but all I got was poor service and loss of money.
